Mrs. Craig, my eighth grade English teacher, made me participate in an exercise where, for an entire year, I couldn’t use the word “said” in any of my papers. It’s amazing how overused that word really is–try it! Your vocabulary will be richer for it!

Autumn is a wonderful time to reflect on how change is absolutely necessary to grow stronger and healthier. As the leaves fall, the trees go dormant through the rough winter only to come out lush and greener in the Spring! So can you!
