When doing a phone interview, make sure you are SMILING when you talk about your passions and excitement for the position. The interviewers on the other end of the phone can hear emotion creep into your answers, so make sure it’s a positive emotion!

Bring extra copies of your resume to your job interviews on high quality paper. Depending on who did candidate screening, the interviewer might not have had a chance to really look at your resume. By bringing a copy, you can give a guided tour through your accomplishments!
Remember that an interview is a two-way street! Just as you must be a good fit for the employers, the corporate culture needs to be the right fit for you. Be certain to ask about areas of your day-to-day life (i.e. dress code, do people eat lunch at their desks, socializing after work, corporate values.).
